Quiet, convenient (avoid traffic jams), living near ... room facilities good, clean new high texture. but the disadvantage is that experience from the staff at the front desk check-in and check hard, on the request of the guests seem to not understand or clearly explained to the guests. I just wait the former a guest check-out, waited for about 10 minutes.
